I love the hat even though I haven't worn it yet. I ordered an XL and received an XXL. Hopefully the inner adjustment will allow it to fit as planned. It is too much of a headache to return the item. More care needs to be given when packing orders.

The hat was only wrapped in plastic and put in a box the hat had some dents in around it my last two hats I got to day was in a bag than put in a box and they were in good shape Hopefully it will smooth out

I did need to adjust a little for size, but the included instructions made it easy. This is my 3rd purchase which now i have a total of 4 hats. However im very disappointed in the structure or lack thereof with the hunter green hat. It's not sturdy as my red,black or leopard Russian pillbox hats. It look like it been crushed. The structural integrity is not there.
