    Born To Roam hat fillers solve your hat issues. Don't let a moving hat ruin your outfit and start roaming around with confidence. This hat size reducer are not like the other hat fillers we know that don't allow draw strings such as leather, elastic, or cotton with a foam lining. The majority of our hats are adjusted by using Born To Roam Hat sizing tape (Included separately). Hat sizing tape has long been the preferred method of adjusting hats because it allows you to keep the inner band in its natural form and molds comfortable to the head.

    Directions: Place the foam tape on the inside of your hat, behind the sweatband, with the sticky side facing towards the hat wall. Wrap the tape completely around the hat for maximum size decrease or cut tape length in half for a more moderate decrease. Size to fit prior to removing the adhesive cover. Once the fit is correct, remove the adhesive cover, press firmly into place, and voila! 


    Processing time: We process orders in 24-48 hours and ship them using the shipping method you selected on the checkout page. We will send tracking information to your email once your order has been shipped. Please keep in mind that processing time is not included in the delivery window.

    Standard shipping: 3-5 business days, excluding holidays.
    Priority shipping: 1-2 business days, excluding holidays.
    Overnight shipping: same day, excluding holidays.

    Returns and exchanges can be made within 7 days of item(s) receipt. We do not issue refunds. We are a small bespoke company. If you wish to exchange your item, a store credit will be issued for your new purchase.

    Why is my order being shipped in different packages?

    All accessory items are housed in our fulfillment center located in los angeles. For apparel products we ship directly from our global partners. This can result in you receiving your order in multiple packages.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Orders are able to be cancelled within 48 hours of being placed. For order issues, email hello@weareborntoroam.com

    Help! My item arrived damaged

    If you receive a damaged or wrong item, we first want to apologize for this rare occurrence. We can assure you that this matter is a priority that we are happy to resolve.

    If you fill my order 14 days ago for two hat's filler to I have not received them .

    The first one I could only do two hat's n it came fast . I ordered two more but have not got them as of yet it been two weeks .
