    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed. We will email you when the return is received and within processing.

    We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Items must be returned in the same original conditions, neatly packed, and with all tags still attached. 

    BORN TO ROAM is not responsible for any shipping and handling fees associated with returns whatsoever. The Customer is responsible for all fees associated with the transit of the item(s).

    SIZING ISSUES: Most Born To Roam hats have an adjustable inner band. Before returning a hat due to sizing issues, please make sure to adjust the hat for correct fit. If your hat fits front-to-back but not side-to-side (or vise versa), hat filler tape might be your best solution.

     

    If you receive a damaged or wrong item, we first want to apologize for this rare occurrence. We can assure you that this matter is a priority that we are happy to resolve. Please email photos of the damages or wrong item to hello@weareborntoroam.com. BORN TO ROAM must be notified within 2 days of delivery. Any damages or wrong items reported after this grace period will be ineligible for return.

    Store credits are valid for a lifetime. Store credits will be authorized via an e-gift card that will be emailed to you, once your return is quality controlled and approved. We will update you every step of the way (via email). Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed. We will email you when the return is received and within processing.

    Processing time for exchanged item(s) is approximately 3-5 days.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE 

    We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your purchase. The exchanged items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item/s (dust bags, tags, covers etc.) and should have the exchange form inside. The item/s must be unharmed, not worn or altered and must have all original security seals still attached. Born To Roam packaging must not be used as the external parcel for the shipment. If the item does not fit these requirements the item will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost. Authorized exchanges must be shipped using the carrier suggested in the email provided Born To Roam in the return instructions. Size or color exchanges will only be issued if requested sizes and colors are in stock. Exchanges for different items are not accepted. An item can only be exchanged once. All products are checked for any faults. However, if a customer receives an item not in the original state please contact Born To Roam. We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.

    All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will result in ineligibility to receive store credit.

    Any worn or damaged items will be returned to sender.
