Born To Roam — Purchase Terms & Shipping Protection
By placing your order, you agree to our Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy, and the following terms.
Returns and exchanges
Return or exchange requests must be submitted through our Returns Portal within 21 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and contents, including any protective packaging, dust bag, and gift-with-purchase items.
Approved standard returns receive store credit issued as a gift card. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method, except where required by law. Requests that fail to meet our return requirements are not eligible for a voluntary return or exchange.
Optional AfterShip Protection
AfterShip Protection is available for an additional charge before purchase. Coverage applies only when purchased for the order and is subject to the applicable protection terms, exclusions, claim deadlines, and approval requirements.
If you decline or remove AfterShip Protection, your order will not have coverage under that program. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Born To Roam does not issue refunds, store credits, or replacements for lost, stolen, or transit-damaged packages when protection was declined. This limitation does not excuse our own fulfillment errors or override remedies required by law.
Protected orders must submit eligible claims through our Protection Claims Portal within the deadlines established by the applicable Protection Terms.
Delivery and order concerns
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Please report delivery problems, damaged merchandise, or incorrect items promptly to support@weareborntoroam.com, including your order number and available supporting photos. Retain the merchandise and packaging while the issue is reviewed.
Billing disputes
Please contact suppor@weareborntoroam.com about an order or billing concern so we can help resolve it. We may submit your accepted policies, shipping-protection selection, order details, delivery evidence, and communications when responding to a payment dispute.
Accepting these terms or declining protection does not waive rights available under applicable law or payment-provider rules.
