Refund policy

Each Born To Roam design is manufactured with care by our team of experienced creative directors and designers. Due to the high quality and customization of our designs, we do not offer refunds. We are happy to provide store credit if requested within 7 days of receipt.

To request a store credit, please contact hello@weareborntoroam.com within this 7-day window to receive a return authorization number and shipping label. Items must be sent back within 5 days of receiving the shipping label and received unworn, unused, and in the same condition as sent.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return at the warehouse for your store credit to be issued.

At this time, we are unable to accept international returns due to inflated shipping costs. Items returned without a return authorization or provided shipping label will not be accepted under any circumstances.
