Refund policy

Each design is manufactured with care by our team of experienced creative directors and designers. Due to the high quality and customization of our designs, we do not offer returns. To better assist you, we offer exchanges and store credits. If you would like to exchange an order or receive a store credit, please complete the store credit/exchange form in the return policy page. We look forward to helping you with your order.

Please note that regular priced unworn items can be exchanged or receive a store credit within 7 days of receiving your order. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Items must be returned to BORN TO ROAM CORP. in the same condition they were received in. Store credits are valid for up to 60 days of the original order date. Any store credits that are not used in that time frame will no longer be eligible. Born To Roam is not responsible for any shipping and handling fees associated with exchange orders.
