Born To Roam Returns and Exchanges Policy

 

We accept return and exchange requests within 21 days of delivery.

 

You must submit your request through our returns portal: https://borntoroam.loopreturns.com/

 

We do not offer refunds to your original payment method. If your return is approved, you will receive store credit only.

 

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and contents (including protective plastic packaging, dust bag, and any gift-with-purchase items).

 

Please allow 1 to 3 business days after we receive and inspect your return for your store credit to be issued.

 

At this time, we do not ship internationally, so international returns do not apply.

 

Items submitted outside the return window, or not filed through our returns portal, are not eligible for return or exchange.
