RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Born To Roam Returns and Exchanges Policy

We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.

You must submit your request through our returns portal:

We do not issue refunds.

If we approve your return, you receive store credit only. In our system, store credit is issued through a gift card.

How to request a return or exchange

  1. Go to our returns portal at https://weareborntoroam.shipstationreturns.com

  2. Submit your request within 7 days of delivery

  3. Select the item and reason for your request

  4. Follow the return instructions provided in the portal

  5. Wait for confirmation and processing updates by email

Return and exchange requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet all of these requirements.

  1. Unworn

  2. Unused

  3. In original condition

  4. Returned with all original packaging and contents

This includes all original contents and packaging that came with your order, including:

  1. Protective plastic packaging

  2. Dust bag

  3. Any gift with purchase items, if included

We deny returns and exchanges if the item shows signs of wear or use, is damaged after delivery, or is missing original packaging or contents.

Store credit only

We do not issue refunds to your original payment method.

If we approve your return, we issue store credit only. You can use your store credit toward a new purchase.

Processing time

After we receive your return, please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to inspect and process it.

We will email you once processing is complete.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, contact us right away.

Email hello@weareborntoroam.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

You can also submit your request through our returns portal and select the reason that matches your issue.

We prioritize damaged and incorrect item cases and review them as quickly as possible.

You must submit your request within 7 days of delivery through the returns portal.

Requests submitted outside the return window are not eligible for return or exchange.
