So spring is here – what’s up with the weather? Rather than the warmth kicking in right away, it seems like winter is just dragging its feet getting out of here. With the temperatures very slowly increasing and the summer sun barely on the horizon, it’s time to rethink your wardrobe for this awkward transition time.
And what’s the easiest solution? Layering, of course! By pairing multiple pieces together, you can keep yourself looking hot even when the temperatures aren’t still quite there yet. Here is our favorite inspo for spring layering to help get you started.
THE DRESS AND SWEATER COMBO
If you’re like us and dreaming of rocking your favorite springtime frocks already, never fear. You can, totally, pull them off without freezing in the process by simply slipping on a chic fitted sweater, underneath!

THE FUR COAT TOP OFF
Not ready to turn in your collection of faux furs just yet? Same. Keep it rolling through Spring by using these babies as an easy layering piece to dress up any outfit. Throw it on and go for a chic model-off-duty look that will totally turn heads. It's kind of crazy that the best looks are sometimes the ones that look thrown together and unfinished. Sometimes it’s just good to go for it – and a crop top is definitely what we’re talking about. Forget the cooler temperatures and break out your faves with a nice bulky jacket over it for the ultimate spring transitional combo.

We are totally in love with this gorgeous boho crop top and all denim everything combo – this is definitely on our list for this season. Find an oversized denim jacket at a local boutique or at a larger retailer, such as Zara, Forever 21, Top Shop, etc. The oversized jacket creates the layering look that we're obsessed with, versus a more fitted jacket. I'd, also, suggest a loser pant. Don't feel like you always have to wear a skin tight pant. We promote comfortability over here!
