Fits and looks sexy

Ordered the navy hat thinking it would be navy and it wasn’t. So I was little disappointed that it wasn’t the color I was expecting. Tried to do a return, missed the date by 2 days and reached out to customer service multiple times to make sure that I was aware I missed the date but even with their delays of responding which was days in between that I could’ve returned in the correct time, they still would not honor my return so now I’m stuck with a hat that is not navy and that I can not use. I will say that someone will reach out at some point but do your best not to miss that return window because there is no leniency or empathy to a few days after 21 days.
