I have this hat in green and had to grab it in Ivory. It's a "you're-going-to-see-me" hat - bold but effortlessly chic

The hat deserves a five but it came with dirty spots and terrible wrapping around it.

I was excited to receive my hat. Unfortunately I was very disappointed, the brim was severely bent! I contacted customer service...I was told they dont honor refunds and sent me instructions on "how to steam the hat and stack something weighted on the brim." They claimed the hat was damaged while in transit.... how so, when the box was in mint condition!
