The size I ordered was too big, but the hat is BEAUTIFUL! I absolutely love the quality and design the of hat. The pillbox hats from Born to Roam are SO UNIQUE! I also have the Glen Plaid print, which I can’t seem to get enough of. Now all I need is the Viva Magenta and the tan colors.

This is my 2nd order from BTR. 1st order glen plaid pill box hat perfect. Both times I ordered a 59 M/L. The 1st order came in as a L, the leopard pillbox came in as a M and it’s too small. I sent an email and have been waiting on a reply

I have been eyeballing the BR pillbox hat for at least a year....promising that I would treat myself to one OR two or three or four🤪 My birthday at the beginning of the Fall season became the first occasion. It was perfection 👌🏾 Kudos on the craftsmanship, brilliant satin lining that provides both comfort and protection for the hair and of course the overall unique shape and adjustable inside strap that allows me to transition and wear with various hairstyles without it being too loose or tight. I hope to collect all of the colors. Is there a special coupon for aspiring BR collectors?! 🫣

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order on July 12, 2026, for two hats totaling over $200 and have still not received them. I contacted customer service for help but have not received any updates. Spending this much money and being ignored is unacceptable. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately with either delivery of my order or a full refund. I hope improvements are made to customer service and communication so other customers do not have the same experience.
