I absolutely LOVE every single hat I received. The fit is spot on, which has ALWAYS been an issue for me bc I'm apart of the Big Head Crew. Let's discuss quality now bc this is it! Quality merchandise and top tier customer service. I had a very small issue with an item I ordered and in my past experience (other companies) they would've just canceled my order without consulting with me on options, but this time it was done right. I received a email and a phone call from the owner herself ( I was so shocked and excited bc I adore her) she gave me my options and time to decide what was best for me. She fixed everything and I received all of my order still in a timely manner. I told her I'm a forever customer and I meant it. I'm so excited to see what's next. I've been stalking the site to make sure I don't miss anything new.
I’m sorry to send this but I was really counting on your customer service to be good. I have contacted your company about a returned item which I had to pay about $80 to return it. I was suppose to get a store credit sent via email. I have yet to receive it. I have called and left a message and I have sent emails. I have sent a return form as well. I would really love to hear from someone concerning my returned item. Thank you.
