I saw the business post on Facebook and engaged with a member of the company who replied asap to my comments. Explained this was first hat purchase and I was leaving in days for Europe and what would they recommend. I rushed that same hour to buy the hat and even paid for fast shipping. The hat looked awful on me- but it was a gorgeous hat! I never thought to even look at their return policy. Went to return this expensive purchase to learn store credit only. Not only did it cost a fortune to return as you have to pay for shipping and the box is massive but when I reached on the same FB post- no asap replies anymore! As a CEO of a public relations company- it’s seems a waste to leave a bad taste in a new customers mouth when a simple return would have potentially brought me back and if nothing else I would have referred people! This experience has done the opposite and seems a waste for a new small business who uses that as the excuse for store credit only.
It’s been two weeks since I returned the hat/ no e-mail even acknowledging receipt or reply to my emails or comments!
This hat is beautiful! The quality and size of the hat itself are perfect. It comes with Velcro that can be put in the band if the hat to get the prefect fit which I didn’t anticipate but truly appreciate. It helped get the perfect fit!
